I authorize any adult acting on behalf of the Seacoast Hebrew School of the Arts to hospitalize or secure treatment for my child/children. I further agree to pay for all charges for that care and/or treatment. It is understood that, if time and circumstances reasonably permit, the Seacoast Hebrew School of the Arts will try to communicate with me prior to such treatment. I hereby give permission for my child/children to participate in all school activities, join in class and school trips and beyond school properties. I permit my child(ren)'s photos to be used by the Seacoast Hebrew School of the Arts for publicity purposes.

$100 Registration Fee Per Child
$900 Tuition (includes book fees & all supplies)

Early Bird Registration before June 15, 2024: Deduct $50 per child

Sibling Discount: Deduct 10% for each additional child in the family
Refer a Family: Deduct $180

No child will be turned away due to lack of funds.
